SUMMARY

Consultant should have functional experience on SAP IS-U (SAP Utilities Industry) and must have experience working in the Utility Sector. This project will include data extraction from SAP, so need consultant who can understand the process and provide mapping/design with table fields or BAPI/Function module to extract that information.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience implementing IS-U/FICA
• At least 3 full lifecycle implementations
• Excellent understanding of data model between FICA and IS-U
• Experience in technical assistance to help troubleshoot SAP application development
• Compile requirements related to FICA Module in order to convert into Configuration / Functional Specification
• Strong experience in configuring below area:
  • Payments (Check, credit card) / Cash Desk,
  • Dunning
  • Direct Debit
  • Security Deposits / Security Deposit Interest
  • Collection Agencies
  • Write offs
  • Refunds
  • Transfer Items
  • Clarification Items & Locks
  • Reversal
  • Clearing Controls
