As President, Harman leads the strategic growth initiatives at Smart Energy Water. He has extensively advised Energy and Utility companies on commodity management, regulation, Smart Grid, metering, and information technology projects. Prior to joining SEW he worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG for over 11 years where he led the delivery of business strategy and technology consulting services to Fortune 1000 companies. He is passionate about developing impactful technology products and scalable SaaS business models. Harman holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Sciences and Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Mashal Dhawan
Chief Marketing Officer
Mashal Dhawan, Chief Marketing Officer at SEW, is responsible for product marketing and research , analyzing the overall market for new business trends and insights in the Energy & Utility Industry for SEW products. As a Chief Marketing Officer/VP Marketing, she is responsible for performing product market research to identify the needs of the utilities and help SEW determine what products and services utility customers require to address current & future challenges. Her area of focus revolves around analyzing and identify the potential markets and provide pre-sales support to the sales team. With in-depth utilities and technology product experience , Mashal is also responsible for identifying the new features to address utilities business and customer challenges by aligning and optimizing business process.
Mashal holds an Engineering degree in Computer Science from Thapar University, along with Executive Management from IIM Calcutta.
Darren Brady
Chief Customer Officer
Darren, VP, Chief Customer Officer at SEW has held executive roles in the energy and technology industries for over 20 years and brings a passion for working with customers. Darren’s previous work in the energy industry included roles at companies such as Puget Sound Energy, EnerNOC, Five Point Partners, and Orcom Solutions where he helped to scale their operations and services and build and deliver customer centric solutions. In the energy industry, he has spent his career working with utilities, businesses, and consumers to align customer engagement strategies and solutions to enable a more sustainable energy future. He has led commercial development and operations at Circle Media Inc., a provider of parental control solutions for families worldwide.
Eric Dresselhuys
President, Development
Eric Dresselhuys is the President at Smart Energy Water. He has been involved in the energy, utility and infrastructure industry for 20 years. Most recently as Founder and EVP at Silver Spring Networks, he was involved from inception to NYSE IPO. Eric is a regular speaker and industry thought leader and helped drive Silver Spring to being the market leader, doing business across 5 continents. Prior to Silver Spring, Eric was with Innovatec and spend nearly 10 years in various sales and product roles at Procter and Gamble.
Lance Brown
VP, Customer Service Solutions
Lance Brown, VP of Customer Service Solutions at SEW, is a customer service professional with more than 35 years of experience in the public utility and retail industries. The majority of this experience comes from his career with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP), the largest municipal utility in the United States. He was promoted to director of customer services in 2006 and remained in that position until his retirement in February 2011. As director, he was responsible for the activities of more than 1,500 employees directly involved in providing customer service to more than 1.8 million customers. His areas of responsibility were comprised of the customer contact center and customer service centers; field services including meter reading, field service, and revenue security; and revenue management including billing and collections, remittance processing and mail center operations.
During Lance’s tenure with the LADWP, he was involved in numerous major projects including installing and implementing new interactive voice response systems, new field order deployment systems and upgrades, improvements in meter reading systems, and software and hardware projects for remittance processing and mail center operations. He also belonged to several customer service organizations including the American Public Power Association, the California Municipal Utilities Association, and the Call Center Network Group. Due to his vast customer service knowledge and experience, upon his retirement he was asked to remain, on contract, to provide advisory support for the new customer service information system, a major system upgrade and implementation. Lance graduated from California State University at Northridge. He is dedicated to helping organizations provide excellent customer service.
Clark Pierce

Clark Pierce is VP, Sales at SEW. Prior to SEW, he was associated with Landis+Gyr, where he was the VP & General Manager for the Eastern Region of North America. In that role, Mr. Pierce was responsible for all customer facing activities from initial account engagement through deployment and implementation across the entire Landis+Gyr portfolio.
Mr. Pierce also served as the VP/General Manager of Advanced Grid Management for Landis+Gyr. He was responsible for the Advanced Load Management and the Battery Storage businesses. This unified business unit provided integrated solutions for customers in Grid and Load Management, and is comprised of Load Control devices, Thermostats, in-Home Displays, Battery Storage and Micro Grid Control systems.
Mr. Pierce has had various roles at Landis+Gyr including sales leadership and leading the regulatory affairs and energy policy departments. He has worked in the electric utility industry for over twenty five years with management roles at PSE&G NJ. Clark is a US Navy Veteran, serving his time in the Submarine Force.
John Stafford
Regional VP, Central
John Stafford is VP, Sales at SEW. John has a successful history selling very large, 20-year term deals to large USA water, gas, and electric utilities. He served with Sensus for 8 years in many leadership sales and marketing roles and eventually led all of Sensus North America as EVP.
John loves teamwork and looks forward to working across all functional groups at SEW to satisfy a growing list of new clients. He has both math and computer science degrees and enjoys translating complex software capabilities into monetized utility-specific benefits.
Brad Adamske

Brad Adamske, VP West, is responsible for developing, directing and executing the overall sales strategy for the SEW Cloud Energy and Water platform. Brad is an experienced technology executive with 30 plus years of sales and operational experience in software and hardware revenue generation for large corporations and startups. Most recently he was Chief Operating Officer at Truckast, Inc. a cloud based provider to the construction industry. Previously he was Founder and CEO of NowDocs, Inc. a software as a service solution in use today by many of the world’s leading print-on-demand service providers.
Jess Thompson-Hughes
VP, Sales, Europe
Jess Thompson- Hughes, VP Sales, Europe at SEW, with focus on the UK, Ireland, West & Southern Europe is responsible for software sales.
Jess has a broad and in-depth knowledge of technologies and solutions including: IoT, M2M, Managed Services, Wired and Wireless Networks, Storage Area Networks, Cloud Based Services, Server and Storage Virtualization, Voice, Data & Multi-Media communications.
Having spent 20 years developing national, regional & global routes to market, Jess is a junky for cutting edge technology & innovation. Prior to SEW Jess was Global VP of Business Development at ESEYE, a Managed Cellular IoT Connectivity provider. Before that Jess was Managing Director – EMEA for Trilliant Networks with a focus on the Utility Sector. Jess has also held senior / executive positions with manufacturers such as Ericsson (where he was based in Santa Barbara, California), as well as being ex-Army, where he did some interesting things in unusual places.
Jess is passionate about Innovation and change and has Master’s Degree from York, England, in Leading Innovation and Change Management; along with a collection of Electronic and Electrical Engineering Qualifications.
Artemy Voroshilov
VP, Sales, Europe
Artemy Voroshilov, VP Sales, Europe at SEW, with focus on Central and North-European market has previously led Software sales, business development and CxO engagement on Digital Transformation with a global telecom group headquartered in Amsterdam. Prior to that he led Huawei’s Products & Solutions pre-sales team serving the group with operations in 17 countries.
Artemy brings years of experience with Nokia Siemens Networks in various ICT sales and partnership development roles across the region, in particular of leading Nokia’s incubation effort in Smart Grid business in Greater Europe in 2011-12.
Much like utilities, telcos are faced with the rapid commoditization, rising costs, and fundamental loss of relevance for customers; yet are slightly ahead in their digital transformation journey.
Artemy holds a PhD from University of Twente, the Netherlands, and an MBA from INSEAD, France.
Manoj Singh
Chief Product Officer
Manoj Singh, VP/CPO, Customer Service Solution, is leading the extremely talented engineering team at SEW which is building the industry’s leading Customer Engagement and Workforce Management platform for Utilities and helping bring SEW technology to the consumers. He has over 15 years of experience developing products and has held various leadership positions in the past. Prior to SEW, Manoj worked in leadership role at Digi India leading SaaS based product development.
Sowmya Karmali
VP, Product Solution Engineering
Sowmya is the VP, Product Solution Engineering at SEW. Prior to SEW, she was responsible for end-to-end product development for Open Source based Big Data offerings in the public cloud. Prior to that, Sowmya was based in Seattle, and led product teams for Microsoft Azure, working on large scale Azure service in compute, data management and machine learning. She has spent a lot of time with customers building large scale data-centric using the products she was responsible for. At SEW, Sowmya is responsible to building products for scale, applying data-driven design and visual storytelling to different customers and is excited about the impact of AI based systems that feed on growing sets of data.
Tony Williams
VP, Mobile Workforce Solution
Tony Williams, VP of Mobile Workforce Solutions at SEW has over 25 years of experience working in the electric and gas utility. Tony brings a diverse set of skills and experiences to his role including utility strategy development, training and development and business process improvement. He has successfully helped utilities gain efficiencies and improve core operations throughout his career.
Prior to joining SEW, Tony spent 3.5 years at Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) as Director of Electric Operations Training where he was responsible for Training and Development for the Electric Operations organization. In this role, Tony successfully brought innovation to core training procesSEW that resulted in substantial cost efficiencies and improved workforce productivity year-over-year. Similarly, he led the implementation of mobile solutions for some of PG&E’s most critical job training procesSEW—including pre-apprentice lineman, apprentice lineman, and cable splicer—resulting in increased engagement and training efficiency.
Prior to his tenure at PG&E Tony spent 23 years at Southern California Edison (SCE), many of which in leadership roles in support of Transmission and Distribution operations and learning and development.
Tony is a graduate of the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California where he received his MBA and has a BS in Marketing from California State University Chico.
Kevin Shost

Experienced Consultant that brings a demonstrated customer service history of over 30 years in the energy and water industry to SEW. Skilled in operations management, smart metering, and conservation. Strong utility professional with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Management from Woodbury University.
Thuy-An Nguyen
VP, Strategic Delivery
Thuy-An Nguyen, VP, Strategic Delivery is in charge of product concept, design and innovation in addition to implementation of client solutions while ensuring successful deliveries and alignment of the products. Thuy-An brings a diverse set of skills and experience to her role at Smart Energy Water (SEW) providing change, innovative strategy, learning and performance improvement solutions to help achieve business goals, technology incorporation and competitive advantage. She has a firm understanding of the utility business and technical processes, technical infrastructure, security, architecture, integration, customer engagement and workforce management.
Thuy-An has more than 10 years of experience in managing client relationships, projects, and training with a strong emphasis on software design and deployment. Prior to joining SEW, she was a Senior Manager in AMI deployment at Southern California Edison (SCE). She led the implementation of the AMI systems including the Meter Data Management, Head-End, Network Management System, Cyber Security, Meters and Devices Tracking System and Smart Grid Operation Center that supports deployment of 5.2 million advanced electric meters.
David Greenberg
Director, Product Delivery
David Greenberg, Director of Product Delivery at SEW has over 16 years of experience in the energy industry having worked on multiple trading floors and operations desks. He has run large scale software implementations for companies around the world while working at Accenture and has most recently been Chief Technology Officer for several start ups in the energy and real estate industries. At SEW, David focuses on further developing the strength of the team’s delivery capabilities and capacity to allow for scalable and efficient growth.
Graham Tickell
Director, Product Delivery
Graham Tickell, Director of Product Delivery at SEW. Graham has been delivering solutions to clients for many years at IBM, Ingram Micro and PriceWaterhouse Coopers. Graham has worked with local clients delivering technology services to assist them with their strategic projects. Graham has deep process and technology expertise, and has worked in Consumer Electronics, FinTech and High Tech industries.
Graham looks forward to delivering the SEW portfolio to clients, realizing the clients' business benefits and enabling them to provide exceptional service enhancements to the customers.
Sumana Sarkar
Director – ERP Solution
Sumana Sarkar, Director, Product Engineering & Development - Enterprise Applications is responsible for delivery of SAP integrated Customer Engagement and Workforce Management solution at SEW. She is leading a team of very talented programmers for end to end product delivery with SAP integration. She is having 12+ years of professional experience working on advanced SAP technologies and leading multiple global SAP implementations, support and upgrade projects.
Sumana holds B.Tech in Information Technology.
Kevin Hwang
Director, Product Delivery
Kevin Hwang, Director, Product Delivery is responsible for the long-term vision and strategy for the company’s products and innovative solutions to anticipate and fulfill future utility needs. He is in charge of the product roadmap including the concept, design and implementation of the products. He also oversees implementation of client solutions and deliveries to ensure successful and alignment of the products.
Prior to joining SEW, Kevin was a Senior Manager in Transmission and Distribution Business Unit at Southern California Edison. He was responsible for the implementation of software based solutions for the field and office personnel to enhance the efficiency and performance of their daily work. In his role, Kevin successfully brought innovations to over twenty six core business projects including but not limit to the implementation of the mobile library solution to T&D's Substation that yielded tremendous cost saving, increased engagement, workforce productivity, and training effectiveness to the organization.
With over 17 years of experience in the utility, Kevin brings a diverse set of skills and experience to his role at SEW including utility strategy development, a firm understanding of the utility business process (both in the technical and business side), and customer/workforce engagement.

RP Singh, VP of Strategic Partnerships and Customer Success has over two decades of Business and P&L Leadership experience. Having worked with companies such as IBM, Microsoft, Cisco, SAP, Airtel, etc. he has deep expertise in Business Management and Sales, and loves to drive scale transformation for businesses with a people- first approach. His contribution has been instrumental in the digital transformation of Enterprises, e-Governance, Utilities, Infrastructure, Urban Development, and Smart Cities to reshape these organizations, and build people’s capabilities helping them win on the world stage.
He has cross-domain experience in Federal and State Governments, PSUs, Enterprise, BFSI, Manufacturing, IT&ITES, and Mid-Market Segment. His leadership style builds a learning culture, and he adapts his management style to synergize team members for effective field delivery. RP received his P.G.D.M from IMT, Ghaziabad and is also a Bachelor of Engineering.
Urmila Menon

Urmila is the VP of Technology Solutions at SEW. She brings over 2 decades of diverse Technology Management, Digital Transformation, Product Management and Transformational Leadership experience building and scaling Engineering, Product Management Teams and SaaS Platforms. She comes with rich multi-functional leadership in the high tech industry including Physical Security, E-Commerce, Financial Services, Automotive Connected Car Telematics, Healthcare and Supply Chain building Enterprise Connected SaaS, B2B and B2C Platforms. Urmila has held a wide variety of Technology and Product Management roles in Orange County, including VP of Client Technology at Allied Universal, the largest integrated security services provider in North America where she oversaw all aspects of Technology and Product Management, Head of Engineering and Product at Arbonne International overseeing the MLM E-Commerce Platform and Head of Engineering at Capital Group and Spireon Inc. At SEW, Urmila oversees the Cloud Engineering and Technology portfolio at SEW driving the vision and execution of the Technology roadmap, scaling of the platform and global channel expansion. Urmila holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, from Cummins College Of Engineering, Pune.
Harish Raju
Vice President Solutions Engineering
Harish is an entrepreneurial executive with experience in leading large, complex, cross-functional teams. A thought leader with a successful track record of building products that integrate customer experiences (CX), eCommerce, and omnichannel experiences. He deciphers complex business problems for the Energy and Utility industry and empowers them to strategize a digital transformation roadmap.
Harish is also an integral part of SAP Cloud for Utilities Client Co-Innovation initiative that aims to help global utilities supercharge their business processes and deliver remarkable customer experiences. He gained a Masters in Science degree from Pennsylvania State University and Executive Management Program from the University of Michigan. For his wok, Harish has been awarded the US Patent and has published research papers related to pattern recognition and machine learning.
Steve Luczo
Mr Stephen J. Luczo is considered one of the technology industry’s most influential and visionary leaders and currently Chairman of the Board of Seagate.
He has served on the boards of directors of Microsoft Corporation (including serving on the CEO Search Committee and as Chairman of the Compensation Committee), Veritas Software and VMWare. Luczo also served on the Advisory Boards of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
He is widely regarded for his ability to conceive and implement complex and highly creative solutions to the unique challenges faced by a large global manufacturing company like Seagate. In an example that remains a text book case study at leading business schools around the world, Mr. Luczo orchestrated a $20 billion deal in late 2000 with partners Veritas Software and an investor group led by Silver Lake Partners to take Seagate private. The deal represented the single largest buyout in the history of the technology industry up to that time and furnished Seagate with the capital resources it needed to achieve its long-term goals. Likewise, Mr. Luczo led the strategy that took Seagate public again in 2002.
Luczo is a member of the board of directors of the World Wildlife Fund, a member of the Advisory Board for All-Stars Helping Kids, a senior advisor to non-profit educational organization the Silicon Valley Japan Platform and is active in a variety of charitable and for-profit ventures through a wholly owned entity, Balance Vector, Inc. His charity initiatives are primarily focused on global environmental issues and programs to help at-risk children in the urban centers of the United States and the rural areas of Sicily, and he is a major donor to Stanford University and Hospital, the World Wildlife Fund, and the Palo Alto Medical Foundation. Manoj Kohli is the Country Head of SB Energy (SoftBank Group). Before joining SB Cleantech, Manoj was the Managing Director for Bharti Enterprises Limited. He began his career in 1979 with the DCM Shriram Group, where he led the HR function. He was adjudged “Telecom Man of the Year” by Media Trans-Asia in 2000. In 2004, he was named “Telecom Person of the Year” by Voice & Data.
Helen Liang, PhD
Dr. Helen Liang, Founder and Managing Partner of FoundersX Ventures based in Silicon Valley. She has invested in over 30 fast-growing technology companies, with heavy focus in AI and Big Data value chain, including digital healthcare, robotics, autonomous driving, AI for Enterprise, Fintech and Edtech. Dr. Liang has over 12 years of experience in product development in high-tech industry. She has been an invited speaker at TechCrunch, Wuzhen Summit (China), Future Investment Initiative (KSA), World Government Summit (UAE) and Singapore Fintech AI Summit.
Dr. Liang also serves as the founding president of Tech for Good Think Tank and hosted Global AI Summit 2018. She is a guest lecturer at Stanford University and Tsinghua University, teaching Technology Ventures and Product Innovation. She is also a board advisor to CKGSB Silicon Valley Program.
Eric T. Olson
Eric Thor Olson, is a retired United States Navy admiral who last served as the eighth Commander, U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) from July 2, 2007 to August 8, 2011. He previously served as Deputy Commander, U.S. Special Operations Command from 2003 to July 2007. Olson was the first Navy SEAL ever to be appointed to three-star and four-star flag rank, as well as the first naval officer to be USSOCOM's combatant commander. He retired from active duty on August 22, 2011 after over 38 years of service.
Ravinder "Ravi" Sajwan

Ravinder “Ravi” Sajwan finished undergraduate studies at IIT, Varanasi, India in 1982 and graduated with MS in EE from NYU School of Engineering in 1984.
His current interests and investments include in Cloud Infrastructure, CPG, Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceuticals, Medical devices and related software.
Ashwin Rangan
Veteran business leader Ashwin (“Ash”) Rangan joined ICANN (the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) in March 2014. He currently serves as ICANN’s SVP, Engineering and Chief Information Officer (CIO). Ash is based in ICANN’s Los Angeles hub office.
Throughout his career, Ash has driven global expansion. He has been at the forefront of innovation through the skillful leverage, use and implementation of Information Technology systems, procesSEW, infrastructure and management. Prior to joining ICANN, he served as the CIO for a variety of companies in different Industry-verticals, including Edwards LifeSciences, MarketShare, Walmart Inc., Conexant Systems, and Rockwell International.
Ash has published 2 books on the subject of serving as a CIO: @2008 – Tomorrow’s CIO – Strategic Conversations that align IT with the Board Room; and @2014 – The C-Suite CIO – Aligning Relationships with Senior Peers.
Ash serves on the Board of a few companies in Southern California. He also lends his time and talent to the Board of the American Red Cross in Orange County, California; and the Board of the University of California, Irvine’s Center for Digital Transformation.
Ash holds a Master’s degree from National Institute of Industrial Engineering in Mumbai, India; and a Bachelor’s degree from the Bangalore University, India. He is a long-standing member of the International MENSA.
Besides English, Ash is fluent in Hindi, Kannada and Tamil. He has a working knowledge of French. And claims some fluency in Swahili. His wife and he, with their twenty-something twins, make a home for themselves in the heart of Orange County, California.
Pakpoom Vallisuta
Pakpoom, who co-founded The Quant Group in 1998, spent his first 5 work years as an engineer at UNOCAL and later Hewlett-Packard.
He began his career in financial services in 1990 as an investment analyst at Smith New Court, an affiliate of N. M. Rothschild. He later (1992) joined Nomura Research Institute Hong Kong Limited as its chief market strategist & head of research for the Thai market. Amongst other titles for the five years he spent at Nomura, Pakpoom was a senior VP & head of investment banking at Nomura International Hong Kong Limited.
Pakpoom holds a Computer Engineering degree and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Pakpoom currently teaches Investment Banking and Financing in the MBA program at the Assumption University, Bangkok, and is a frequent guest lecturer at graduate business school at Harvard, Wharton, Duke, The University of Chicago, and MIT.
Pakpoom is a board member of The Board of Visitors at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, North Carolina; and, a board member of Regional Advisory Board, Duke Kunshan University in Shanghai, China. He is also a director of the PTT Institute of Science & Technology. Pakpoom is also a director at large at other corporations and amongst them a director of non-profits such as The Special Olympics and Thailand Squash & Racquet Association.
Gregory N. Washington
Gregory N. Washington, Ph.D. @ UCI Irvine, joined The Henry Samueli School of Engineering in August 2011. Prior to his arrival at UC Irvine, he served as the interim dean for the College of Engineering at The Ohio State University, where he provided visionary leadership, oversight and management for one of the nation’s largest and highest ranked engineering programs.
He joined the faculty at OSU in 1995, became the associate dean for research in 2005 and then was appointed interim dean in 2008. As a professor of mechanical engineering, his research is in the design and control of smart material systems, the design and control of hybrid electric vehicles and the design of smart electromagnetic systems.
Washington has been involved in multidomain research for the last 20 years. His core area of interest lies in the area of dynamic systems, with an emphasis on modeling and control of smart material systems and devices. He has been involved in the design and control of mechanically actuated antennas, advanced automotive systems incorporating smart materials, hybrid electric vehicles, and structural position and vibration control with smart materials.
He has conducted research for a host of organizations including the National Science Foundation (NSF), NASA, General Motors Company, the Air Force Research Laboratory and the U.S. Army Research Office; and has served as a member of the U.S. Air Force Scientific Advisory Board, NSF Engineering Advisory Committee, Institute for Defense Analyses and numerous other boards.
Washington accumulated a long list of research and teaching awards from OSU, including the Alumni Award for Distinguished Teaching, the Harrison Faculty Award for Excellence in Engineering Education and the Lumley Research Award. He also is the recipient of the NSF Faculty Early Career Development (CAREER) Award. Washington holds bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees in mechanical engineering from North Carolina State University.
Mike Aghajanian
Mike retired as the President and CEO of PRTM Management Consultants. PRTM had more than 800 consultants in 19 offices worldwide; PRTM was globally recognized as the leading management consultant in the area of operational strategy, supply chain management, product innovation, and customer experience excellence. PWC recently acquired PRTM.
Aghajanian has over 25 years of consulting and industry experience. He joined PRTM in 1991 and held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility. Among his many accomplishments, Mike led the firm’s expansion into Asia. Established the Performance Measurement Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of PRTM that is well known for its extensive industry benchmarks. Co-led the team that developed the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model which is widely used tool to optimize global supply chains.
Mike Aghajanian is currently supporting the Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine as the Executive Director of the Office of Executive Education on a part-time basis. In this role Mike is responsible for the development and delivery of high quality non-degree related education to the Southern California Business Community.
In addition to Mike’s role at University of California in Irvine, Mike serves as Chairman of the Board for Cimtek, Inc. a Toronto based leader in functional testing of high reliability electronics. Mike is on the Board of Directors of Nexiant, Inc., a leading provider of MRO inventory solutions and on the Board of Directors for OCTAN (Orange County Technology Action Network) an organization devoted to fueling technology growth in Orange County.
Mike earned an MBA with a concentration in Technology Management from the University of California, Irvine, and a BS in Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts.
Charles Wilson
Currently, Charles serves as the Executive Director and CEO of the Southern California Water Committee. He is a key figure in Southern California’s public affairs for more than 30 years.
He has spent the past 25 years in the electric utility industry with Southern California Edison where he led the development and implementation of third party strategic planning and communication efforts. He also serves as principal owner of PC Consulting Services Inc. – a consulting firm dedicated to providing strategic counsel, public affairs, government relations and communications to public agencies, private sector business clients and non-profits.
Charles is also an elected board member of the Santa Margarita Water District. Prior to joining Edison, Wilson served as director of community and media affairs for State and U.S. Senator John Seymour. He has also worked in sports radio and television with ABC, ESPN, and the Netherlands Broadcast Company.
A frequent lecturer and university level instructor, Wilson was invited to provide advanced political campaign and communications seminars to train candidates and political parties in Novosibirsk, Russia. A graduate of UCLA, Charles earned his BA degree in political science with an emphasis in international relations and public administration.
Dr. Rajesh C. Shrotriya
Dr. Rajesh C. Shrotriya, M.D., served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from August 2002 to December 17, 2017 and served as its President from September 2000 to April 17, 2014. From September 2000 to August 2002, Dr. Shrotriya served as the Chief Operating Officer of Spectrum. He served as an Executive VP and Chief Scientific Officer for SuperGen, Inc. from November 1996 to August 2000 and its Senior VP and Special Assistant to the President from November 1996 to May 1997. From August 1994 to October 1996, Dr. Shrotriya served as VP, Medical Affairs and VP, Chief Medical Officer of MGI Pharma, Inc. Dr. Shrotriya was a Director of Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from June 2001 until June 18, 2018. He spent 18 years at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company in a variety of positions as Executive Director, Worldwide CNS Clinical Research. Dr. Shrotriya held various positions at Hoechst Pharmaceuticals and served as its Medical Advisor. He was an attending physician and held a courtesy appointment at St. Joseph Hospital in Stamford, Connecticut. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of NeoTherapeutics Inc., since September 2000 and served as its Chief Executive Officer since August 2002. Dr. Shrotriya served as Chairman of the Board at NeoOncoRx, Inc. He has been an Independent Director of CASI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since September 2014. He served as a Director of Antares Pharma Inc., since April 13, 2004. In addition, he received a certificate for Advanced Biomedical Research Management from Harvard University. Dr. Shrotriya received his M.D. degree from Grant Medical College, Bombay, India, in 1974; his D.T.C.D. (Post Graduate Diploma in Chest Diseases) degree from Delhi University, V.P. Chest Institute, Delhi, India, in 1971; M.B.B.S. and Bachelor of Surgery degree from the Armed Forces Medical College, Poona, India, in 1967 and a B.S. with Chemistry Degree from Agra University, Aligarh, India, in 1962.
Baba Shiv
Baba Shiv is the Sanwa Bank, Ltd., Professor of Marketing at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He has done extensive work on the emotional brain, documenting its powerful role in shaping decisions and experiences. His work includes the application of neuroeconomics to the study and practice of innovation and entrepreneurial leadership in companies, from Silicon Valley startups to Fortune 500 companies, as well as countries including India, Malaysia and New Zealand. He frequently consults with and is on the advisory boards of several start-ups. His work has been featured in a variety of media outlets including The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, CNN, Economic Times, Fox Business, Financial Times, The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, NPR, and Radio Lab. Baba Shiv teaches courSEW at the GSB and the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford, including “The Frinky Science of the Mind,” “Scaling Design Thinking Globally,” and “Crafting Interventions for Massive Change.” He frequently hosts executives from around the world in executive education programs at Stanford on strategy, entrepreneurial leadership, and customer-focused innovation.
Kevin Ellison
Kevin Ellison is an experienced executive level business leader with experience leading teams in operations, customer service, sales, marketing and safety.
He is currently a senior consultant with Caterpillar Safety Services, with a focus on transforming an organizations safety culture and performance. His focus is leadership, safety culture and safety process improvement.
As the Executive Director of Customer Service Safety & Meter Services Organizations (MSO) at Southern California Edison, where he served 10 years, Kevin led the operations organization responsible for all aspects of the end-to-end meter process including meter specification, selection, procurement, engineering, quality control, meter reading, field services provision, and revenue protection. MSO had approximately 1,200 employees committed to safely providing timely and accurate services to customers throughout the SCE 50,000 square-mile service territory. During his time at SCE, MSO, in conjunction with the SCE Smart Meter Organization, successfully deployed approximately 5.2 million smart meters.
Kevin joined Southern California Edison in 2004 as Director of Government and Institutions in the Business Customer Division. He was responsible for the oversight and direction of a customer and account management organization that worked with federal, state, city, county, agricultural, and water customers to provide integrated utility services and solutions to meet customer energy needs. His responsibility also included privatization of military installation electric facilities as well working with companies and customers considering municipilization.
Kevin has more than 34 years of utility experience, previously working at LG&E Energy Corp. (Louisville Gas and Electric Company and Kentucky Utilities Company) headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky. At LG&E, Kevin held a number of executive, senior management and management positions in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, T&D Operations, and Economic Development, both regulated and un-regulated. Kevin was part of the leadership during a successful merger and an acquisition by an International Energy Company (PowerGen).
Kevin holds an MBA from Bellarmine University, a BSBA from the University of Louisville (BSBA), attended numerous Executive Level Seminars, has a certificate from Villanova University as a Six Sigma Black Belt and holds the Certified Financial Manager certificate.
Mike Kilgore
As Senior Director of Strategic Alliances and Channel Sales, Mike Kilgore is responsible for driving strategic partnerships and transactions to accelerate growth for SEW and its customers.
Kilgore works with external partners around the world, ranging from start-ups to large-scale enterprises, to identify areas of collaboration, drive innovation, and unlock shared value. In this capacity, he also manages SEW relationship with the channel community.
Most recently, Kilgore was Vice President of Alteryx global strategy. He was responsible for leading the company’s worldwide Strategic SI Partnerships, driving expansion in Europe, and Asian Pacific market development. He was responsible for commercializing new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships for the company.
Before joining Alteryx, Kilgore spent three years at Wipro, where he served as a Wipro’s Executive Committee member. During his time at Wipro, Kilgore held various leadership positions across engineering, sales, marketing, and strategic GSI business development unit and ran the Wipro sales channels for the North America CX Services business. Kilgore has also worked as a digital strategist for Accenture digital group developing digital transformation strategies for large enterprise sales and top GSI’s.Prior to joining Accenture, Kilgore held key leadership positions at IBM software group and Capgemini building out global channels and growth markets.
Mike is known for his strong work ethic, integrity, a high degree of personal initiative. He is also regarded as an SME with 25 years of success in exceeding sales targets, KPI’s, and new business development by helping customers derive value from the latest technologies and innovation.
Mike excels at improving sales operations via designing and deploying growth-oriented sales and, marketing strategies; building high-performance sales, alliances, and, marketing teams; leading large GSI, small software teams and, organizations to success; laying the foundations so that sales teams can delight their customers and realize their full potential.
Chris Lewis
Chris Lewis is a seasoned business executive with 20+ years’ experience in utilities, tech, commodities, consulting and mergers and acquisitions. Chris heads the push into the Small and Midmarket for SEW as BU Head SMB.
Prior to joining SEW Chris was COO of one of Canada’s fastest growing companies, ATTAbotics. Chris has also been the business leader of MDM software company SmartWorks (a Division of Constellation Software TSX:CSI); VP Sales with energy retail software company Cognera; strategic planning consultant to oil and gas, tech, manufacturing and insurance companies through his OKR derivative STRiDE and a leader of Calgary based utility Enmax’s ground up experiment in commodity marketing.
In his career to date, he is most proud of the people he has developed into other strong leaders and delivering nothing short of outstanding results in every position driving billions in sales and value.
Prior to his work in utilities, tech and commodities, Chris was a professional football player; a member of the Calgary Stampeders in the CFL. In his spare time Chris coaches football and currently sits on three Boards in finance and tech and is President of the volunteer led Alberta Snowboard Association
He is a University of Calgary alumni and is a proud dad to daughter Jaida 17 and son Tyson 14.
Marcin Lapa
With over 20 years of experience in the global utilities markets, Marcin heads Business development for SEW in the MEA region. He is an ExTeam member of Architecture Board for RWE Group -Innogy. He’s worked for many years as a SAP Technology expert, evangelist, trainer, speaker. He is an innovator and patent owner in the area of Utilities IoT Big Data, and is a Cloud and Mobility expert with a proven track of working on a successful global winning solution, which has been awarded by SAP, Microsoft, Ericcson Hub raum and T-Mobile. Marcin was part of an acceleration program from InnoEnergy for Utilities Talent, and took part in the MIT Enterprise Forum for best Utilities start up.
He has also been a TEDx Speaker, speaking about the "Algorithm for a Successful Start-Up". In his spare time, he loves surfing, playing Volleyball and Violin, and enjoys Taekwondo. Marcin is also a Biotechnology enthusiast and is working on becoming a budding philanthropist. He’s spent the last few years as an advisor for GCC governments and Royal Families - supporting the international ventures and investment for the private offices of AlMoktoum, AlNahyan and AlQassimi. Apart from this Marcin is also a happy husband and father of 2 children.
George Hunt
As Chief Strategy Officer for SEW, George leads the strategic direction for SEW, globally, and strategic growth across Europe.
He has over 30 years in Energy and Utilities, most recently as CIO and GM Digital for Sydney Water where he also spent a year as General Manager for Customer, Strategy and Regulation. Prior experience includes roles as CIO Wessex Water, and CTO Thames Water and American Water, plus roles at KPMG where he delivered major transformation for British Gas, Centrica, Diageo and GSK.
On a personal level, he is involved in WaterAid globally, most recently as WaterAid ambassador for Sydney Water, and is passionate about how we manage and preserve our precious global resources as well as delivering a step change in customer experience across energy and water sector.
George holds a MSc. Information Technology from Kingston University, London, and a BSc. Engineering from University of Birmingham, UK.
Ertan Yorganci
Ertan has been active in the Utilities Industry over 22 years within multinational organizations like RWE Systems, KPIT, EOH and SAP. With SEW, Ertan is Associate Vice President, Solutions Engineering for the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and East Asia.
Ertan has been a part of large scale transformation projects in the Industry, globally, and has supported clients in three continents on moving from integrated Utility to Smart Enterprise. Ertan has led initiatives such as defining the Smart Grid strategies, defining deregulation processes in unbundling for specific regions, and supporting legal unbundling of countries before deregulation. Further Ertan has been a part of the QA Team to review utilities projects in three continents from Latin America to South East Asia, supported product localizations for different countries, helped clients adopting the solutions from IT as well as business perspective.
Ertan is also an Advisor for many utilities over the last 15 years especially in Middle East and Africa region.
Pradeep Akurati
Pradeep Akurati, Chief Alliance Officer and Vice President- Global Strategic Partnerships, is responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives through global channels and alliance ecosystem. In this role, Pradeep is focused in developing and executing go-to-market strategy, creating joint solution portfolio, delivering joint value proposition for customer success and overall financial performance of SEW partnership business.
Prior to joining SEW, Pradeep held several senior sales and business development leadership positions at GE Renewable Energy, HPE, and HP Software. His extensive leadership experience includes building multidimensional go-to-market models and developing metric based global partnership ecosystem to drive sales and customer success.
Pradeep has earned an Executive MBA from Henley Management School, UK, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications.

Earlier Mani served as a board of director in Motherhood India, a chain of boutique mother and delivery care hospital, where he
was responsible for capital raising through private equity placement and corporate strategy and planning. TPG acquired significant
stake of Motherhood in 2016.
Mani worked as a strategic management consultant and has advised Provider organizations, biotech and Medical devices firms. Currently serves on the board of HD medical group and Strategic advisor to Guardant Health.
Earlier he worked for Johnson and Johnson Medical devices where he was responsible for technology and portfolio management.
Mani started his career as a Cardiologist at the Apollo hospitals group in Chennai where he was trained in intervention cardiology. He was one of the pioneers in conducting multinational clinical trials as an investigator for Eli Lilly, Servier and Covance.
