SUMMARY

Lead all aspects of the implementation and delivery of Smart Energy Water’s proprietary software products. Analyze the software development processes needed for the project and determine the appropriate timeline for implementation. Provide technical and budget analysis and resource allocation for proposed projects and ensure the project is delivered within time and budgetary constraints. Oversee product delivery engagements from the post-sales stage through delivery in terms of business scope, technology and integration deliverables, budget, client satisfaction, and the achievement of required business outcomes. Work with the product delivery team in producing client-facing and internal deliverables and prepare project, test, functional, and integration plans, issue logs and risk registers, and weekly status reports. Develop test metrics and test schedules, perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and prepare and review issue logs for Smart Customer Mobile and Smart Mobile Workforce software. Oversee unit testing and analyze integration testing of informatics sessions and target data. Conduct project evaluation and software implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of software solutions and implementation methodologies. Maintain quality process standards and prepare documentation as part of quality management. Confer routinely with users, management, and software developers throughout the implementation process to ensure that software solutions meet quality and efficiency standards and deliver the required business value. Stay abreast of advances in technology to drive the continuous improvement of our delivery methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related IT position. The position requires skills and knowledge in MS Office, Data visualizations, UI design, API-Integrations, and product management tools including JIRA and Confluence.

EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION

Wages: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
40 hours/week.
