SUMMARY

Monitor and manage the implementation and delivery of Smart Energy Water’s proprietary software products. Provide leadership in delivery engagements from the post-sales stage through delivery in technical and functional aspects of technology and integration deliverables, budget, client satisfaction, and the achievement of required business outcomes. Gather and review documents pertaining to the project, including business requirements documents, technical designs and specifications, project plans and schedules, status reporting, communications, and problem-solving. Prepare implementation plans which outline the scope, goals, phases, and timelines for the delivery of solutions. Lead the product delivery team throughout all stages of the implementation process and ensure that each component of client requirements is met. Manage the team in producing client-facing and internal deliverables and prepare project, test, data, functional, and integration plans, issue logs and risk registers, and weekly status reports. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare and review issue logs to ensure test software solutions meet quality assurance standards. Communicate with software development teams to enhance the client’s product and evaluate results upon retesting. Conduct project evaluation and software implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of software solutions and implementation methodologies. Identify potential issues and risks in the implementation process and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Provide technical support to users, management, and software developers throughout the implementation process to ensure that software solutions meet quality and efficiency standards and deliver the required business value. Stay abreast of the latest technological advances and industry t4rends to ensure optimal performance and effective applications development.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

The position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related position. This can be substituted with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related position. The position requires skills and knowledge in .NET, SAP, Oracle, and Java. The position requires domestic incidental travel – 1% of time, not more than several days a few times a year.

EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION

Wages: $173,250.00 - $185,000.00 per year
40 hours/week.
